Our Journey to build this academy started in 2019 when our academy director decided to share his 40+ years of knowledge of downstream refining operations with the world. He had been teaching these courses for 30+ years to professionals worldwide in the downstream refining sector. But his teaching benefitted only a few hundred. Therefore, this academy was conceived to benefit millions in the industry.

We had a treacherous learning path to try different LMS platforms, web hosting, and web building, and nothing suited his vision and passion. We finally used Learndash and a custom theme to build our platform. But our academy director wanted more. He wanted to automate building the entire LMS in weeks and not months or years. Our talented team of developers and designers fulfilled his dream by integrating Microsoft Office products, databases, custom scripts, VBA code, and some plugins, and we did it.
