Meena’s unwavering dedication and visionary leadership were the cornerstones upon which OMS was built, and her influence has left an indelible mark on our company and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Meena was more than just a leader; she was a beacon of inspiration and strength. Her experience, spanning over 30 years, saw her excel in various roles, from technical lead and project management to client relations and business development. She brought her expertise to renowned companies such as Phillips 66, Exxon-Mobil, Apache Corp, and many others, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and innovation.
A graduate of Roosevelt University with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and an associate degree in computer science from Morris County College, New Jersey, Meena was a lifelong learner. She continually sought to expand her knowledge and skills to bring the best to her work and her team.
Her contributions to OMS were invaluable. She was instrumental in project management and execution, and her warm, engaging personality fostered strong client relationships and business growth. Meena’s ability to manage complex projects, such as the Windows 7 migration and system separation for ConocoPhillips, highlighted her remarkable talent and dedication.
But beyond her professional achievements, Meena was a person of great compassion and kindness. She was always ready to lend a helping hand, offer encouragement, and support those around her. Her genuine care for others made her a respected leader and beloved friend and mentor.
Meena’s legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched and the enduring impact of her work. As we move forward, we carry her spirit of excellence, dedication to innovation, and unwavering commitment to making a positive difference.
