Refresher Course
The refresher course is the first level of paid enrolled course, and you can enroll free first time in any of the four modules of the course. Refresher course is a collection of twelve topics to give you an overview of all aspects of the MCOR strategy. Executive Primer
Refinery executives make decisions of all refinery upgrade and revamp projects based on the project justification report and advice from lower management teams and technical experts. Manager Primer
Middle-level management is responsible for the day-to-day activities in a refinery. They supervise technical and operational staff who are close to problem-solving tasks. Engineer Trainee
This course is meant for fresh graduates or employees in the downstream industry. Also, it is best suited to engineers transferred from other departments to offsite operations and must learn on the job quickly to perform well in their responsibilities. Engineer Professional
This course is suited for engineers with 2-5 years of experience in the refining industry. They have basic technical training on the job or have enrolled and completed the trainee engineer's course. This is the ultimate level of achieving expertise in refining operations. The engineer will be at par with the expertise of the academy's director.
